Graduate Leadership Development Programme
Location: Any UK Site
Our sites can include: Harlow, Glenrothes, Gloucester, Broughton, and Waddington.
Please note graduates will need to be geographically flexible for the programme as the role could be based in any of our sites
Successful applicants will commence a 2 year Commercial and Supply Chain Management Graduate Programme. The programme is designed to provide a wide understanding of Commercial and Supply Chain (including Sub Contract Management). Assigned to a business area on a rotational basis you will support contracts and orders with business clients and suppliers where you will be assigned activities to help you grow your commercial acumen and key business competencies.
To be considered for this programme you will demonstrate a high level of energy in pursuing work objectives and a total commitment to achieving successful outcomes, as evidenced by your academic results and extra-curricular activities. You will have long-term ambitions with first class communication, planning and organisational skills. The ability to work collaboratively within multi-functional teams is essential.

Graduate Leadership Development Programme:
Graduates will start on a structured two-year programme which combines working within the Commercial function, and completing a variety of Graduate Leadership Development training sessions to develop key skills to become a future leader within Raytheon UK.
Graduates are expected to be geographically flexible for programme office rotations, and also to attend various graduate training workshops and presentations across the UK and Scotland. Graduates are fully supported with learning and career development.
• Review of Contract terms and Conditions, advising on risk and opportunities;
• Placing of Orders and management of supplier performance;
• Review of Agreements (Non-Disclosure/Teaming/Licensing etc.);
• Representing Raytheon in Customer and Supplier Meetings;
• Export Compliance;
• Running Supplier Selection Reviews;
• Data gathering and reporting to support business initiatives;
• Customer/ Supplier due diligence;
• Participation in Programme and Bid Governance;
• L iaising with Raytheon US business counterparts;
You will have achieved (or be expected to achieve) at least a 2.1 in any degree discipline although business, finance, law and associated subjects which demonstrate the ability to present cogent cases for diverse approaches would be preferred.
You will also have:
• A Levels (or equivalent) with a minimum of 300 UCAS points;
• Be a logical thinker with excellent problem solving ability;
• Have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing;
• Be methodical, hardworking, enthusiastic and able to work well under pressure;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative;
• T he ability to work as an individual and in a multi-disciplined team;
• Clean Driving License
• 2 nd Language (E.g. Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, French or other secondary languages)
• Demonstrable leadership experience
