Mechanical Contracts Manager Required|
Mechanical Contracts Manager needed for a national M&E Contractor, based out of there southern office in High Wycombe.
The company tend to work on new build commercial contracts however they do sometimes get involved with residential and retail as well.
Salary: up to £55k + travel expenses covered. (jobs are throughout the South East)
Holiday: 21 days + bank holidays
Annual bonuses upon completion of probation period.
As a Mechanical Contracts Manager you will be responsible for:
* Managing the Site managers and staff assigned to your project.
* The co-ordination of activities on site.
* Ensure the project is completed on time and on budget.
* Risk Assessments.
* Method Statements.
* Progress reports.
* Value engineering where possible.
The ideal candidate will have experience on commercial contracts.
They are seeking a Dynamic, profit driven individual with an excellent set of skills.
