Job description
Processing a large number of orders
Ensuring all orders are entered accurately and any the customers are aware of any stock problems
Advising and selecting stock for customers
Handling queries and complaints
Allocating Stock
Chasing POD's
Liaising with the Sales manager regarding incoming deliveries
Liaising with the sales manager regarding missed/problem deliveries to customers
Purchase Invoice Processing
Sales Invoice Processing
Day to day running of all office duties
