Job Summary
Located in our state of the art offices in Sydney CBD, the Marketing Advisor will be working closely with the direction of the ANZ Civil Infrastructure, End Market Director and in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager for Southern. This is a relationship driven role for a professional who can help to support business processes and tools, strategic positioning and growth, and brand profiling activities internally and externally.
Our Civil Infrastructure team are involved in Australia and NZ's most exciting city shaping projects including road, rail / light rail, ports, airports, water, urban development and defence. Our team often lead large, complex multi-discipline opportunities requiring collaboration across AECOM as well as marketing support for specialisms within civil & structures, rail & port, planning & advisory, water, ground engineering & asset management, digital engineering.
You will be working with people in our marketing and civil infrastructure team who are passionate, smart, creative, curious, quirky and proud to be part of a company that is dedicated to delivering a better world.
This role will be best suited for a marketer who is looking to take ownership and develop relationships across APAC and with our global civil infrastructure peers to ensure alignment with global business development strategies and help identify and drive opportunities for external market engagement.
Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Project manage key BD initiatives as identified and planned, including preparing presentations and reports
• Work with the National Constructor team to support strategy development for this group coordinate the development of key client plans
• Coordinate and drive the plans around emerging Civil Infrastructure sectors to maximise opportunities for the business
• Develop monthly progress reports of the strategy map and the supporting profiling activities
• Help develop and execute profile raising material, including client collateral and project profiles

Minimum Requirements
  • Degree qualified in marketing or similar discipline.
  • 5 years' experience in a B2B or professional services environment with demonstrated success in a similar or related role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, gain trust, and support senior people in environments with pressing delivery schedules.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with demonstrated experience in writing, proofing and editing communications materials

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system would be an advantage
