We have been selected to partner with one of the most successful Residential Contractors, with an enviable project track record and extremely healthy project pipeline in the North East. This company with over 100 years experience and revenue of over £100 million is looking to add a Sales Manager to their ever growing team, this role will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales. They are currently involved with multiple projects in the North East including residential units finished to a very high standard. |
This role will be working with the regional team, which the role will require you to lead, developing and managing, making sure that all sales and procedures are being met.
*Maintaining the standards of the show homes are excelling the standards required
*Co-ordinate all actions
*Lead, motivate and drive team performance and morale
*Assist in the preparation and delivery of pre-site presentations
*Set up and agree marketing activities that will aid the sales in the specified areas
*Plan and carry out market research for all new developments
*Support the Home Sales Executives to maximise revenue on all developments
What we are looking for:
*5 years+ experience in a leading role
*Good eye for detail
*Previous experience of building relationships with clients/ customers
*Strong management skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*Good level of IT literacy
*Flexible and Adaptable
Previous experience within the residential sector would be an added advantage.
