My client, a facilities management provider on a prestigious contract, is looking for a gas engineer with domestic and commercial certificates to work on a mobile basis around the S,HD,HX,DN, LN postcodes. This is a permanent position based on a 37.5 hours per week contract. |
Salary: £29,098.08 plus vehicle, 20 days annual leave, contributory pension schemes. (there is no negotiation on the basic salary on offer).
Full UK driving licence required as the role will involve travelling between sites.
CPA1 - Combustion Analyser* COCN1 - Core commercial heating gas safety or CODNCO1 - Changeover domestic to commercial N.G. Safety * CDGA1 - Commercial direct fired heating equipment * CIGA1 - Commercial indirect fired heating equipment * CORT1 - Commercial radiant tube and plaque heaters * ICPN1 - Installation 1st fix of commercial pipework * TPCP1 - Testing and purging of pipework (IGE/UP/1) * TPCP1a - Testing and purging of pipework (IGE/UP/1A) * BMP1 - Boosters Associated Controls and pipework * CCCN1 - Core commercial catering N.G. safety or CODC1 - Commercial catering changeover core * COCAT1 - Changeover domestic appliances to commercial catering appliances or COMCAT1 and COMCAT3 * * UHW Unvented Hot Water *17th Edition *Water Regs
* Working to Planned Preventative Maintenance Regimes,
* Gas Servicing, Repairs, Fault finding.
* Fault finding on electrical circuits, basic electrical repairs
* Plumbing/Mechanical repairs
* Knowledge of lone working requirements,
* Risk Assessment trained,
* IT skills - Microsoft outlook, word and excel. PDA or similar
