I am looking for a Site Manager for a £13 million new build school based in Sutton, this will pay from £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience plus a package which includes a car allowance up to £5500, private healthcare a 7% contributory pension and a company bonus which is results driven. |
This particular role is working for a local based main contractors in the South East who have a lot of work based in Surrey, Kent and are winning more work in London.
The site manager will be reporting into the Project Manager and will initially be looking the groundworks and site set up. However this will only take 6 months and then the successful site manager will be moved onto internals and to help finish the project.
Other duties include:
* Managing health & safety
* Monitoring and progressing work with the sub-contractors
* Weekly client updates
* Day to day running of site
* Weekly reports in to Project Manager
This client are very well known for their progressing their staff and this position has only come available because they have won so much work. The benefits package is very strong and includes a contributory pension, private health care, car allowance, travel expenses paid for, share options and a project related bonus.
This opportunity would be ideal for an Assistant Site Manager who isn't being allowed to develop or for a current Site Manager who wants to work for a a family run company that are winning a lot of work.
