This is an exciting opportunity in Columbus, IN for a Compensation Director (Global).
Thinking beyond your desk includes:
Compensation Administration - Significant experience and knowledge of compensation systems. Effectively applies knowledge to decisions effecting compensation plan design and the impact of those plans on other areas of the business.
Communication - Significant experience in written and verbal communication and should be capable of communicating effectively to all levels within and outside the company.
Employment Law - Consults at all levels of the organization on issues and decisions that require extensive knowledge of employment laws.
Expatriate Benefits - Has a good understanding and detailed knowledge of all expatriate programs. Experience in designing expatriate programs or strategies. Ability to perform and communicate expatriate strategy.
Finance Internal Controls - Understands the importance of finance internal controls, capable of identifying, evaluating and documenting internal controls. Understands the underlying principles, techniques, and procedures of this skill.
Organizational Change Management - Experienced in applying Change Management Principles to organizational initiatives.
Taxation of Employee Compensation and Benefits - Has an advanced level of knowledge and proficiency in applying the principles of the taxation of employee compensation and benefits.
Project Management - Capable of effectively managing complex projects with little to no guidance.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
