The client are a privately owned house builder based in the South West that specialise in the development of mid-high end housing throughout Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Hampshire and Thames Valley.
They currently have a project at the moment consisting of 60 x traditional build 3 and 4 bedroom houses in Winchester valued between £600k - £900k each. They already have an experienced Project Manager running this development but they are also looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to help deliver that project then future work along the South Coast. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience as an Assistant Site Manager working with an established house builder and must be based in Hampshire. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay between £30k - £40k + package.
Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competant assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months.
You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
