What we are looking for is a talented, motivated and ambitious commercial manager to join our growing infrastructure strategic team based in Cumbria. As a commercial manager you will manage all commercial aspects including the preparation and pricing of contracts.
Some responsibilities include: All commercial aspects including the preparation and pricing of contracts, supporting the bid team, working with the design and delivery teams to ensure cost savings are successfully delivered.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience as a commercial manager.
* Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors/ Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors.
* Extensive knowledge and experience of the commercial management of high-value contracts.
* The ability to manager high-value contractual disputes to successful conclusion.
