An independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in London are seeking an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. This consultancy is going from strength to strength, was established 30 years ago and has a focus on Property Management and Valuations as well as Building Surveying. The client base spans the high end residential and commercial sectors and is growing rapidly. The successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will be joining a team with a commitment to understanding their clients' needs, offering a truly tailored service.
The Company
This company have been established for almost 30 years and have 40 staff in their London office. With an impeccable reputation in London and the South East, this consultancy is looking to expand their Building Consultancy team in spite of the recent referendum vote. The company have a commitment to the long term development of all individuals and pride themselves on being accredited investors in people.
The Role
The successful Intermediate Building Surveyor will have an extremely varied job role with all necessary disciplines covered to work towards MRICS accreditation for those who aren't yet Chartered, including:

* Building Surveys
* Specifications
* Technical Due Diligence
* Defect Diagnosis
* Contract Administration
* Dilapidations
* Party Wall Matters
The Successful Intermediate Building Surveyor
This is a role ideal for an Intermediate Building Surveyor whose career development may be capped or isn't getting the necessary support needed.

* Minimum of 3 years Building Surveying experience
* MRICS ideal but not essential
* Private Practice/Consultancy Building Surveying experience
* MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
* Committed to career progression
* Strong communication skills
* Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
