Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide:

Sales Leadership for American Dynamics product brand within the assigned East Region of the US.
  • Management of the business to assigned revenue quota or above.
  • Sales ownership of assigned key accounts (System Integrators and End Users)
  • Collaborative Partnership with TSP contract rep force with a joint goal of growing AD revenue for the assigned region.
  • Timely and accurate information relative to business performance and market conditions eg: Forecasting, Business Plans, Periodic Business Reviews
  • Develop new channel partners, maintain strong relationship with internal/external customers.
  • Participate and support Marketing promotion to increase market awareness of JCI products and solutions.
Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience, 5 years managing a field sales team preferably in security industry, with proven record of success.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, networking or IT is a plus.
  • Travel is essential, up to 70%.
  • Good understanding of the security industry, good knowledge on video platforms and cameras; both IP and Analog.
  • Good management and strong personality skills.
  • Experience conducting customer presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
