Title: Contracts Manager|
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 plus package
Location: Oxfordshire / Thames Valley
My client currently has a vacancy for a Contracts Manager working within the county of Oxfordshire and across the Thames Valley area. My client is a main contractor with a turnover of around £10 million and they will be looking to progress the business further within the coming years through both competitve tendering and framework agreements. They work across a variety of sectors including New build, Restoration and Refurbishment as well as soon to be adding a Commercial arm. This role will see the chance top develop into a Director of the compny as long as you continue to grow and develop with the role.
This role will involve assisting with general contract duties including liaising with clients, manging a multiple amount of sites up to £5 million. Previous contracting experience in the industry is required; additionally experience of managing people would be a must as well.
The ideal candidate will need the following skills and qualities: -
* Experience with contracts upto £5 million
* Managing multiple contracts with a variety of contract type e.g. JCT, D&B
* Excellent administration and IT skills including word, excel & outlook
* Organised and methodical
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Accurate and pays attention to detail.
* Presentable and punctual
