Job Title: - Senior Site Manager |
Location: - Southampton
Are you a experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with the capability to deliver construction projects up to £4 Million or managed projects above £15 Million within a multiple sectors i.e education, commercial, leisure & health care?
Our client, who is a leading main contractor on the South coast with a several offices across the UK, has seen growth year on year and has secured two projects between £7 Million - £19 Million. Due to this rapid rate of growth this has sparked an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager or a Site Manager looking to progress their career with one of the largest contractors in the UK Market.
The client requires a Senior Site Manager who is located around Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire and is willing to travel up to a hour, the candidate must have a proven track record delivering similar projects with either a regional or national main contractor.
* Managed & delivered projects between £2 Million - £8 Million
* Previous experience working within the Commercial, Education, Student Accommodation & leisure sector
* Managed Design & Build & JCT form of contracts
* Able to set up site, plan & deliver projects to program & to budget
* Experienced using programming software (Power Point/ Microsoft)
* Strong knowledge of heath & safety legislation
* Ability to document & ensure all company producers are adhered to
* Able to coordinate large project teams, Site Manager, Planner , Design Manager
* Competitive salary
