We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. We pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver the best customer service possible to our people while building trust and relationships with all of our constituents.

Job Summary
Support finance shared service center operation in AP function such as:
  • Preparing cheques/ electronic payments
  • Ethics and compliance of employee expense claims, vendor invoices, cash advances
  • Processing of invoices and employee expense claims
  • Review ageing reports
  • Prepare reconciliation of invoices to ACCPAC and maintain spreadsheets
  • Assist in preparing monthly expenses audit schedules
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when required
  • Overseeing work performed by one other staff member

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in general accounting;
  • Working knowledge of ACCPAC & Oracle is preferable;
  • Proficient in usage of basic computer systems/ softwares (Microsoft Office, Outlook etc);
  • Good team player and able to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
  • A recognized Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI or equivalent
