Electrical Mainteanne Engineer - £28,000 - £32,000 - + Call out, succession planning, van and benefits. Depending on experience and qualifications.
My client, a globally recognized facilities management provider is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in the Nottingham / Derby / Leicester area to provide maintenance to electrical and air conditioning plan on a prestigious retail contract.

* C&G in Electrical installations or similar - Level 3
* 17th edition
* FGAS highly desirable
* Building Services Experience
* Good customer Service skills

* PPM and Reactive maintenance on electrical and AC plant.
* General maintenance, minor plumbing, joinery and building fabric tasks.
* Liaising with the client, subcontractors and helpdesk to ensure work is completed in accordance to SLA and KPI's.
