Electrical Maintenance Engineer - £28,000 - £33,000 + Call out, 25 Days Holiday, Succession Planning, Pension, Private Healthcare and Van - depending on experience and qualifications.

My client, an industry leading Facilities Management provider is currently looking to recruit a talented, ambitious and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team of specialist engineers.
As a maintenance engineer you will be working with a proactive mobile group to deliver repairs and maintenance services with excellent customer service skills to a prestigious portfolio of contracts. The range of facilities you will be required to work on will include office premises, educational buildings, retail premises and leisure facilities across Leeds, Yorkshire and North East.
* C&G in Electrical Installations or similar - Level 3
* 17th Edition
* Building Services Experience
* Good Customer Service Skills
* PPM and Reactive maintenance on Electrical and AC Plant
* General Maintenance, Minor Plumbing, Joinery and Building Fabric tasks
* Liaising with the client, subcontractors and helpdesk to ensure work is completed in accordance to SLA's and KPI's.
