General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS), a market leader and technology innovator, is seeking a talented Embedded Network Software Engineer to deliver cutting edge solutions to our customers.

In this role, working out of our Scottsdale location, you will be working as part of a team on an exciting full-scale development program, from inception through delivery and beyond. This is a great opportunity to utilize your software skills and the latest web technology to develop a system that is critical to our national security.

As an Embedded Network Software Engineer, you will directly support a dynamic and diverse business by:
  • Assisting in software requirements analysis, design, development and testing of software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products
  • Using the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle to support the generation of technical engineering products
  • Participating in internal review of software components and systems

The Embedded Network Software Engineer position requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field, or the equivalent experience.

Candidates must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
