AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. General Role and Responsibilities:
The Capacity Building Team Leader will provide day-to-day technical and management oversight to the capacity building component. S/he will ensure technical quality of project deliverables and consulting inputs, and will coordinate activities with other component and task leaders to identify and mobilize resources to achieve project goals. The Capacity Building Team Leader will be responsible for overall strategic and planning directions, technical input in selected areas, and work plan monitoring and evaluation.
