We need amazing Customer Service professionals to join our growing team at the Carillion Customer Experience Centre in September 2016 and help us launch our brand new service in the new Rail Helpdesk. We’re looking for friendly, talented people who can provide our passengers and employees with great service, help and support, and answer some really complex questions about rail travel and rail stations on this service line in the UK. We will be providing this rail franchise with award-winning Customer Service. A role that suits you
Based in Sheffield city centre, with great transport links, we’ve got a variety of full time shifts between the hours of 8am & 10pm Monday to Friday eventually including weekends.
We offer a starting salary of £17060*, 33 days holiday incl. bank holidays and a contributory pension. We’ve got a great monthly incentive scheme, and you’ll also be working with a fantastic bunch of people.
*equivalent amount for part-time
