Position Summary |
Key Account Manager – Tier II is responsible for Sales order booking and Revenue from the assigned territory/ accounts in Tier II markets.
Developing indirect channel to sell Video Monitoring Services in the assigned territory and achieve targeted number of Video Monitoring Services customer base.
One point contact and own the customer satisfaction and business outcome from the customers/ territory. Reports to National Sales Manager
Achieve the sell through direct and partners for Video Monitoring Services in the territory. Travel across the territory for customer/ partner coverage and business development in the assigned territory.
Proactively leads account planning, account strategy aligned with company goals and policy.
Owns customer satisfactions
Co-ordinates with internal and external partners as required.
Implements Company programs to meet the objectives from time to time.
