We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. Job Summary
  • Finance support and Month End process
  • Carry out review and analysis of project financials to ensure accuracy/completeness in monthly reporting programme
  • Carry out regular reviews and analysis of project financials to ensure accuracy and completeness in revenue recognition calculation
  • Carry out regular month end reconciliations to ensure AR aging and WIP balances are reported correctly
  • Support PM/PMA's in the preparation and checking of
  • EAC updates in conjunction with the formal project review process, ensuring appropriate support exists for changes/variations in fee as well as for cost budgets.
  • Ensure that cost transfers are actioned appropriately and timely
  • Regular unbilled analysis and liaison with PMA/PM where required to understand issues and taken appropriate action;
  • PA to change project status (on hold or closed) in Oracle, dependent on appropriate checks and balances;
  • Vetting as part of Project Set up process that signed contracts are in accordance with European Sub DOA;
  • Confirm Intercompany agreements (ICA) are in place and prepared by ops when cross-charge and facilitate statutory compliance.
  • Regular review with PM's regarding tracking of expenditure against budgets/forecasts

Minimum Requirements
Education & Qualifications
  • Degree level in finance or business administration related;
  • Qualified or part qualified in a Professional Accountancy Qualification - preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Good analytical & problem solving skills essential
  • Must be pro-active and demonstrate ability to see things through to the end
  • Ability to manage details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Business fluent in German, well developed English language skills
  • Ability to be resourceful, hands on and work both independently and as part of high-performing team
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works independently as well as part of a team; willingness to work with multiple different colleagues on a variety of initiatives
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership
  • Self motivated
  • Some flexibility to work outside normal working hours to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
  • Very good command of English
