We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. To work for the World's premier fully integrated infrastructure firm, taking the lead for recruiting top talent for our Melbourne office. Your focus will be to recruit both technical and non-technical staff across all our business lines based in multiple office locations. You will partner closely with our hiring managers, and drive the recruitment process from approvals, advertising and assisting in the negotiating of offers with successful candidates.
Day to day you will drive the recruitment process including taking detailed job briefs, advertising, screening, short-listing, and interviewing.
This is an initial 12 month Parental Leave contract.
This role will suit an experienced internal recruiter with proven experience managing the full cycle recruitment of the recruiting process. You will possess sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and systems including behavioural interviewing techniques. Key to your success is your drive, enthusiasm and your proven ability to build business relationships to earn the status of a trusted advisor.
