A well established Building Surveying consultancy is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Central London. This company is renowned for having a great working environment and excellent retention. Due to growth a new opportunity is available to join their team. Due to providing a great level of service to a strong client-base this consultancy is experiencing strong growth with no signs of slowing down in the current market.
As their new MRICS Building Surveyor you will use your knowledge of building pathology and the construction process to work with clients and advise them on all aspects of building surveying including tenders, designs, building regulations and contract administration. A large proportion of the work involves refurbishments and conversions, as well as advising on portfolios of estates.
* MRICS Qualification
* Ability to hit the ground running
* Experience of dilapidations, party wall matters, surveys and other professional building surveying competencies
* Previous experience of working in the commercial and residential sectors
* Excellent communication and management skills
* Ability to work well within a team
* Actively seeks out continuous self development, broadening knowledge and experience
* Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE)
* A friendly, supportive working environment with very low staff turnover
* Contributory pension
