Do you have excellent communication skills, customer service and experience in helpdesk coordination? This could be the ideal job for you. A permanent contract, located in Patchway, Bristol, offering £8.92 per hour + holiday pay.|
* Coordinating engineers to site, based on priority and severity
* Processing incoming calls
* Scheduling work orders for engineers
* General ad-hoc administrative tasks
Ideally you will have experience of working as a Helpdesk Coordinator or in a call centre environment. It would also be beneficial if you have experience of working with a Facilities Management company or a company dealing with domestic repairs.
The job offers 40 hours a week, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.
