Due to expansion our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Telemarketing Appointment Maker to join their Sales & Marketing team based at their headquarters in Halesowen.|
The successful candidate will be required to arrange appointments for our Sales Consultants to meet with prospects regarding their IT, Telephony, Document Management or Managed Print technology needs. The role will involve making outbound telephone calls to prospects and building a pipeline of opportunities using our CRM. This role would suit someone with previous experience of appointment setting, demand creation, lead generation, or telesales.
The Telemarketing Executive is a vital role with the sales operation, helping to create demand and generate new business appointments for the Sales Specialists to attend. To be considered for the role the candidate must have at least 2 years previous experience working in a Telemarketing Appointment Making role, experience within the technology sector would be advantageous but is not essential. Must also have at least 2 years experience with managed print solutions.
They must also have the ability to work under pressure and on own initiative and have the ability to expand product knowledge on a range of IT services, telecoms,
document management and photocopiers/print solutions.

Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm with an unpaid hour lunch break per day
