Due to continued success and growth a new opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Engineer to join a fast past team in a forward thinking organisation based in Farnham.

Our clients is seeking an experienced IT helpdesk support engineer with strong customer service skills who has a passion for IT with a desire to progress further within IT support.
Previous experience working within a similar role would be a great advantage as you will be required to hit the ground running dealing with multiple clients providing a high quality varied IT support services.

Key areas of support will include:
Active Directories - Permissions, Passwords and Account Management
MS Office - Versions (Apply online only)
Windows Operating Systems - Windows 7 through to 10
Network Support, Printer Support and Telephony/Telecoms Support
Antivirus Support
Backup Support
Experience preferred but not essential :
MS Exchange Servers
Routers and Firewalls

Resolve 1st and 2nd line calls as appropriate and depending on experience, ensuring that the call is closed accurately and efficiently.
Manage incoming support requests via the support system, telephone and e-mail and deal with such requests in a timely manner to completion.
To provide consistent and prompt IT support and guidance to a high standard for all internal and remote users within the business, keeping them informed of progress in the event of issues not being resolved immediately.
Our client is offering an Immediate start for the right individual who is able to commit to a 3 month rolling contract. There may also be opportunities going forward of transferring to a permanent contract.
