Based out of their Hertfordshire Offices they cover Herts, Beds, Cambs, Bucks, Northants, Oxon, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and London. |
For either position you will ideally be familiar with the following areas and manufacturers equipment of physical security products:
Intruder: Eaton range and Honeywell.
Access Control: ACT, Honeywell
Door Entry: BPT, Fermax
CCTV: Pelco, DM, Adpro, Optex.

Security Installation Engineer - Duties/responsibilities
To install electronic security systems to a surveyor's specification or marked up drawings. Commission the systems and complete all applicable paperwork, in accordance with the appropriate British Standard requirements and NSI (The National Security Inspectorate) dictates
Security Service Engineer - Duties/responsibilities
To service Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control Systems. Troubles shoot faults or issues, diagnosis, fault finding and resolution to any of these systems, plus also preventive and planned maintenance or service. In this function the Security Service Engineers operate to a Duty Engineers' Roster which is one week in six (weeks)
