Our client is looking for an experienced site manager with experience working in the hospitality industry such as new build and/or refurbishment projects on hotels and pubs.
Having built an exceptional reputation through a customer focussed approach and a high quality finish our client is looking for a Site Manager to manage new build and refurbishment of public houses, restaurants and hotels across the UK. You will be responsible for day to day running of the site, including all health & safety requirements, supervising subcontractors, ensuring materials arrive when needed and liaising with the client. Our client is looking for some can make decisions based on knowledge experience and a good understanding of the project from drawing specifications.
Due to the nature of the role and covering the UK, accommodation and travel expenses will be provided.
The nature of these projects require experience with new build, refurbishment and extensions. It is also essential to have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates. Ideally our client is looking for experience managing other hotel, pub or hospitality projects before.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Certificates.
* Proven track record in new build extension & interior fit out
* Ideal experience with hotels, pubs and restaurants
* Must have a good eye for detail to ensure a high quality finish for the customer.
* Polite & Customer focused, both general public and client.
