My client is a market leading company based in Newport. They are currently looking for a competent Application support analyst to join their exciting Newport office. |
Responsible for everyday system tasks and Investigation of Business as usual Problem and incident service desk calls raised by operational business areas within the Application Support team.
* Interface between business and technical departments throughout the life cycle of the incident or problem
* Initial investigation and categorisation of the problem.
* Creating an initial work around
* Document the problem
* Managing the problem through software development, testing and full implementation
Skills and experience required:
Microsoft office experience
Relevant Degree Desirable
