Ensure that INP process is fully implemented within the relevant systems, executed on time according to the defined workflow and continuously improved.
Set up all new materials in SAP using the global Platform.
Responsible for planning all INPs ensuring that the total net requirements (Forecast, Safety Stock, HC, Van and event demand) are aligned and scheduled according the pipeline fill requirements.
Manage whole product lifecycle ensuring that the correct master data is applied (Material status code, Auto-release, MRP type and Safety Stock method).
Ensure the defined phase-out strategy is executed. Proactively manage a smooth inventory reduction by optimising the forecast and safety stock at all locations.
Primary contact point for Global Process Managers and other involved parties to manage INP process improvements and new functionalities.
Technical or Business University degree. Masters preferred.
SAP R3 / APO Planning system experience preferred.
High level of system competency with good Excel reporting skills.
Materials Management demand planning experience.
Excellent networking, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Logical thinker with a good attention to detail and high level of commitment .
Second language an advantage but not essential. In particular Swedish, Danish or Finnish
