Then this is the job for you!

A Site Manager is required urgently for a tier one blue chip main contractor for a flagship project in the city of London


New build 50 storey tower, mixed use development (residential, Leisure, retail, commercial) - Value: £400 million+

The works consist of building the shell and core. It's a mixture of an aluminium and concrete structure.

The ideal candidate will be an RC Frame specialist. Their knowledge of concrete curing times and RC Frame sequencing will be very strong. They will have worked on a high rise block at least 20+ stories and would have worked alongside the movable climbing screens which sit on the external facade of the building as a safety precaution.

Duties include:

Coordinating subbies which will be using the climbing screens, and also being responsible for the temporary construction of the hoist mast, on the common tower.

All associated paperwork and other day to day site manager duties will be expected.

Must have CSCS, SMTS and First Aid

This position can pay up to £325 per day depending on experience.
