You will based at either their office in Essex or London
They have great support structure to assist in your Estimator development, you will be able to work on a variety of projects (Rail, Aviation, Commercial, Education) and since working here the people at this company really care about you and make coming to work enjoyable.
They are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic Estimator, with approximately 4 years experience within the commercial and infrastructure industries. A main contractor or subcontractor background would be appropriate.
This role is to assist in the co-ordination of submission and proposals development and carry out analytical pricing of in-house produced Bills of Quantities, while working closely with the development of bids where required. You are to assist, as directed with a new initiative or role requested by the internal stakeholders, and department heads, and research and investigate new projects.
The Estimator will be experienced in estimating either Rail, Aviation, Commercialm or Education procurement methods. It is essential to have a good understanding of the partnering process, and traditional contracting process, and proficient in public presentation and submission methods.
The successful candidate will be afforded the responsibility they can demonstrate is within their capabilities and that they can succeed in a challenging environment. They will join a estimating department who encourage a team environment along with assisting people to learn and grow in line with their potential, whilst ensuring they gain the necessary experience to become a well rounded Estimator.
