MRTPI Senior Town Planner - Norfolk - £35,000-£40,000 + Benefits|
My client is an established Private Property Consultancy with national coverage who are pleased to announce an opening for a talented Senior Town Planner to join their team in Norfolk.
The Senior Town Planner position has arisen due to the overall success of the company and overall increase in workload. You will have sought after experience in the Private planning sector and hold Chartered membership of the RTPI. The Senior Town Planner will also have a strong, working knowledge of local planning legislations and procedures.
The successful Senior Town Planner will ideally hold a Batchelor's or Master's degree which is accredited by the RTPI. In addition you will have experience working projects from inception through to completion and have also had exposure to mentoring junior members of staff helping them with project deadlines and workload.
The successful MRTPI Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for drafting and submitting planning applications for some major clients. You will provide advice and support to clients to the highest standard. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be a key representative in the local appeal process.
