Recognised across the UK as one of the biggest planning consultancy's in the industry, our client are currently on the lookout for an experienced Associate Planner to join their London office and play an active part in running projects across the Residential, Retail, Education & Leisure sectors.
With offices across the UK, this planning department focus in the London & South, but project work will also take you further afield when required. Major award winning projects over the last 10 years has enabled the team to forge strong business relationships meaning that the pipeline for current and future projects is very good.
Currently required is an Associate Planner with a breath of experience across the planning market with a minimum of 5 years experience. You will be RTPI accredited and hold a degree and/or masters in town planning. Experience leading fully or aspects of projects including budget control is a must as is a comprehensive understanding of planning laws in the UK to enable you to provide guidance to junior members of the team.
