We are looking for an individual with excellent technical and customer facing skills. This will be a hands on role supporting a quickly growing customer base. In the initial stages you will have responsibility for a member of staff based in the US, as the team grows it will be your call with regards to how the team is managed.
You will be a fast learner and will ideally have the following attributes:
* Previous leadership experience in a complex technical customer-facing role
* A passion for helping users and solving their problems
* Commercial experience with multiple platforms and operating systems - Linux/Unix and Windows (Server and Desktop) - as well as a variety of hardware and virtualisation
* Expertise in in Python and/or other commercial scripting languages
