BMS Commissioning Engineer |
Up to £42k per annum & vehicle/fuel card OT and bonus
Our client is a leading national BMS and Energy Management specialist with a superb reputation and stable position within the marketplace. Due to continued growth they require a BMS Commissioning Engineer to work on a number of large scale BMS projects working out of there Bristol office.
Criteria to apply for the role of BMS Commissioning Engineer:
TREND qualified is essential, ideally to TREND Expert level
Previous working knowledge of TREND and BACnet is essential,
Tridium experience would also be desirable but is not essential.
Good knowledge of Electrical and HVAC principles
The BMS Commissioning Engineers responsibilities will be:
Deliver control system projects to our client's full satisfaction, within budget and on time at maximum profit.
Properly conduct all commercial aspects of the contract. To include programming and progress, meeting valuation dates and keeping financially aware at all times - up to and including final account agreement and the release of retentions.
Fully understand the design requirements of each control system project, seek information if required, and then implement the control system design.
Take responsibility of Control Panel Drawings, Control Valve Selection Schedules, Des of Ops, DDC Strategy and/or Graphics Details.
Ensure proper up-to-date and detailed technical records are kept and produce Project O&M Manuals.
Carry out system commissioning to include field wiring checks and motor rotations, control panel adjustments such as fuse rating checks and overload settings, and carry out full control circuit.
Attend as necessary any co-ordination meetings to ensure commissioning will take place to program.
