Our client offers Facilities Maintenance services and is looking for strong B2B Business Development Managers to continue their recent growth. |
This will be a permanent staff role based on the Wirral.

You will be based in our Head Office on the Wirral.
> Develop new business, generate and negotiate new contracts to agreed targets
> Engage senior decision makers and develop relationships to ensure we are their preferred supplier
> You must be driven to achieve commercial and professional targets and possess a strong telephone presence.
> Be self managed, however, you will be part of a growing team of highly dedicated people with a strong focus on personal development
> Attend industry events and tradeshows
Extensive experience in New Business sourcing (essential)
Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements (preferable)
Proactive and driven (essential)
Professional and confident (essential)
Positive and enthusiastic (essential)
Excellent telephone manner (essential)
Strong negotiation skills (essential)
Experienced engaging at senior levels (essential)
Ability to use Microsoft programmes, such as Word and Excel
Ability to utilise Social Media platforms to search for and connect with relevant people
Buildings Services Management or similar experience (preferable but not necessary)
In return for your experience and dedication you will receive a generous basic salary of £20k - 25k dependent upon experience together with rewarding commissions paid monthly, and realistic on target earnings of £45k+.
