Our client are a central London prime residential heavy refurbishment contractor who since their inception 4 years ago have established themselves as a top tier contractor within the London property market. They have made a name for delivering all of their projects with an uncompromising quality whilst priding themselves on building strong and long lasting relationships within the industry.
Since their creation the directors of the business have targeted consistent and calculated growth in accordance with their methodical business plan with their turnover for this year being circa £30m;having already secured a large proportion of their work for this and next year. Their current projects range in value from £5m to £12m predominantly within central London and the West End.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to run one of our client's flagship projects which comprises of a full refurbishment and structural alterations to a single high end residence as well as an extensive excavation and construction of a double basement under the footprint of the existing property and rear garden totally circa 17,000 sq ft.
This is a logistically challenging and stimulating cut and carve project with an extensive temporary works packages, elements to façade retention and complete reconfiguration of the layout with the property being completed to the highest of standards with bespoke, joinery, stone, AV, mechanical and electrical packages being installed.
Our client are currently on site carrying out investigation works and soft strip out and are seeking a senior project manager who will be responsible for the project from start to finish. This project has been fully programmed and procured with the successful candidate being bought into run the full on site operations for the duration of the programme which will be for circa 24 months. They will be supported by senior site manager, site manager, senior quantity surveyor and a technical services manager.

• Have proven experience of running projects in excess of £8m as the lead manager.
• Have experience of structural refurbishment/ cut & carve/ retained façade projects in similar sectors.
• Have worked for a main contractor for the last 5 years.
• Have run projects from pitch through to PC.
• Have experience of different forms of contract, whether it be traditional, lump sum or D&B
