Are you technically minded, do you have a passion for helping people? Then this might be the right role for you. Our client offer a range of their products online so customers need to set up accounts with user names and passwords, you will be the person they turn to if they forget them, cant log in or have any general issues......... so patience and a cheerful nature is needed|
Ensuring all back office functions run smoothly you will be arranging new customer set up log on's, processing any changes and helping with any technical issues that may arise. You will be escalating technical queries that you are unable to solve to the software developers. Part of your role will also be to run usage reports so you will need to be organised, able to prioritise your workload and have excellent communication skills.
You will be given lots of training on the company and the products they offer so that you are able to give your customers good service. Ideal candidates will have worked in a role where you have been 1st line support for staff and customers.
The location of the company means that you will need your own transport as they are in a beautiful rural setting that is not acceptable by public transport
£17,000 - £18,500 pa depending upon experience + excellent benefits
