UX Designer- Move into a lead role- Agile!|
This is a great opportunity to work with a marketing leading software company within their niche industry. The company develops bespoke software for global financial service companies. They are currently on the look out for a UX Designer to help re-vamp their entire product range. The company is doing extremely well however they want to further improve the software and make it more user friendly and interactive.
The company currently do not have a UX team in place; this is the first role that they are dedicating solely to a UX professional. It is because of this that the UX professional would be required to take on a lead role. The UX designer would be tasked with speaking to the users of the software to gain an understanding of what they require from the software. They would then be required to create a functional map which lays out exactly what the software should look like. This would then be communicated to the front end team. You would be required to work with the front end team to implement the changes to the software.
This role has great importance in the company's plan to revolutionise the user experience. The company offers great opportunity to progress into a lead/senior role or a UX Architect role. As the business is growing, they aim to invest heavily on UX/UI and grow the team further.
The requirements for the role are:
Experience with UI/UX (a minimum of 3 years)
Strong knowledge of usability principles
Experience with graphic design
Experience with wireframes
If you feel as though you have the experience and drive to take on this role then I would love to hear from you. Please apply to this ad or alternatively contact me on:
