Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000

Location: Rotherham

My client is a market leading PLC and due to expansion is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join the construction team. Based from Head Office in Rotherham the role will be working closely with the Project Managers to deliver construction projects on time and within budget.

- Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
- Create and monitor the Gantt chart
- Liaise with suppliers to purchase and expedite materials
- Work closely with the Project Managers and sub-contractors to ensure the project is completed on time within budget
- Work with finance regarding invoice queries
- Look for cost effective solutions to maximise margins
- Build relationships with stakeholders clients and sub-contractors
- Attend site meetings


- Experience co-ordinating construction projects up to the value of £2 million
- Broad technical knowledge of the construction industry
- Planning experience ideally using MS Project
- Procurement knowledge and good negotiation skills
- Computer literate and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Must be prepared to travel including some nights away in the South West / London region

- Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
