My client based in Leatherhead, Surrey are looking for a Service Desk/Helpdesk Analyst. We are looking for an individual who has a keen interest in all things IT, has an inquisitive mind with regards to general IT troubleshooting.

Although it would be great to find someone with some experience working on a service desk, my client feel that they would prefer a dynamic individual who wants to build a career with an organisation that will allow them to grow within the department.

The key deliverables for this are to provide 1st Line Support over the telephone, troubleshooting and resolving issues where possible. You will also need to be a strong communicator and be able to log and prioritise calls, closing them where possible.

You will be working on a busy service desk where there will be a certain element of pressure, therefore you will need to be flexible in your approach whilst always maintaining the highest levels of service
