Thales Avionics (AVS) FLX group design, manufacture and integrate both Military and Civil Avionics Equipment across a range of rotary wing and fixed wing platforms.
The focus of this role is to manage and develop the in service support solutions for the AVS FLX services portfolio. Particularly targeted at how we provide repairs and spares support and technical advice and assistance to a range of military and commercial customers.
Key activities will include developing a support strategy that is targeted at services growth within the AVS FLX business, working with Solution Architects to identify the best support solutions for a given Customer or Product, co-ordinating any design or development activities for in-service equipment, provide overall direction and strategy for Through Life Support Engineering activities and management of people, skills and resources, to ensure that engineering tasks are managed effectively and efficiently and completed to cost, time and quality.
