About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Registered Nurse, who is looking to further their development and challenge their ability in a new role.

Interserve Healthcare is looking for a highly skilled individual who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to join us as a Branch Nurse in our Glasgow branch.

As a Branch Nurse for Interserve Healthcare, your main role will be to support the care of our clients and service users both clinically and operationally.

Responsibilities include:
• Clinical Assessments
• Care Planning and continuous improvement reviews
• The management of task delegation and on going supervision within clinical intervention competencies
• Assessment of competencies in line with NMC guidance
• Continuous review and assessment of clinical documentation
• Auditing of clinical practices and improvement assessments
• Management of clinical complaints including investigations
• Overseeing the recruitment and on going compliance of agency Nurses
• Appropriately matching Nurses skills and suitability to our clients
• Organise and provide training to internal care staff
• Oversee clinical evaluations within customer environment
• Attendance at MDT and clinical review meetings
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the product line through maintaining up to date knowledge of clinical studies/abstracts
• Share best practice and appropriate market intelligence with team colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
• Develop good clinical and business relationships with key contacts
• Attendance at clinical forums to support and develop your role
• Opportunity to up-skill and develop clinical knowledge where client specific needs have been identified

With these responsibilities in mind, the successful candidate must be highly organised with the ability to use their own initiative whilst working within a team, as well as being confident and having the ability to instil confidence in others.

You will be required to embrace the company vision and values and SustainAbilities programme, promoting these with all internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced or standard PVG check once appointed.
