RESIDENT MAINTENANCE / MULTI-SKILLED ELECTRICIAN - BIRMINGHAM - UP TO £38K |
An Excellent opportunity to join a highly successful ever expanding Maintenance contractor in Central Birmingham. The company provide Maintenance, Installation and Environmental services for Heating, Air Conditioning and Building Management Control Systems. My Client is looking for 1 key member of staff to run a
1 man resident sites in the Birmingham Stone Hill Station Area. He or she will be based in a Large Commercial building housing a range of High profile Blue Chip Clients Head Office.
My client is also looking for a Multi-skilled maintenance engineer to work across a portfolio of buildings in the City carrying out electrical and mechanical PPM and Reactive maintenance.
The successful candidate will be electrically biased with 17th Edition and will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to electrical, mechanical and building fabric on site. The engineer will be working closely with the building manager from the property management agent to fulfil the maintenance of the buildings, SLA's and PPM schedules.
You will require good communication skills as you will be in regular contact with clients, Tenants & Sub contractors on site. The company offers overtime and a very good internal training programme.
Hours of Work
Monday - Friday (08:00am - 17:00pm)
Salary up to £38k
Overtime available every weekend
C&G Electrical parts 1&2
2391 or Equivalent
Client Facing and able to deal with clients via email and in person
Sound knowledge of HVAC industry
Sound knowledge of air conditioning systems and their controls
Ability to fault find and service all HVAC equipment
