Your new role
Due to expansion a new Technician or Technologist is required to work on multiple projects across a variety of sectors. You will be working under an associate who will supervise and support you throughout your time there. As a Technician or Technologist you will be tasked with the creation of detailed design drawings using Vectorworks. Dependent on the needs of the project you will also be expected to complete drawings for specifications and undertake feasibility studies. There is also the opportunity to attend sites and take on roles there as well.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of working in a professional practice with an awareness of the attention of detail expected. Your team focus approach to work will help you succeed as the office is open and collaborative and knowledge sharing is a key part of the culture. Spatial awareness and how to use this effectively within designs is a strong aspect of your work. The practice uses Vectorworks as their design software so experience with the program is desirable but training can be provided if not present.
What you'll get in return
As a reward for your continuous hard work and dedication a salary of 22-35,000 will be offered dependent on experience.
