Temporary Customer Service Administrator - 12 Month Contract, Daventry £20,808|
Our highly established and successful client is looking for an experiencecd customer service professional to cover a 12 month maternity contract.
This role reports to the Order Management Customer Services Lead.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Customer Services Department with all aspects of Customer Order Administration.
Duties are as follows:
- Administrator of Customer Order Management Database
- Processing of New Orders, Increases, Cancellations and Reschedules on bespoke system
- Raising miscellaneous invoice requests
- Responding to order management queries
- Assisting with shipments, arranging transportation with forwards and advising commercial team.
- Distribute documentation to customers (internal and external)
- Supporting the Customer Services Account Representatives
Hours of work are 37 hours flexi.
