Seeking a Facilities Technician to join a successful and expanding company involved in the engineering of medical devices. You will join the Facilities Team managing the site functions to ensure reliability and business continuity from their plant in Swindon.
The Facilities Technician requires you to manage site services within the medical environment complying with good practices and environmental standards to ensure efficient and smooth running of the facility.
The Facilities Technician position involves liaising with various different functions within the business to ensure projects and contracts are executed well and that business continuity plans are met (emergency responses, fire alarm etc.)
The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities management within a pharma or clean room environment and be able to comply with cGMP, H&S and environmental practices.
Experience of day to day maintenance and inspection of the entire site.
A good working knowledge of the following is preferential.
- Vertical Lift platforms
- Forklift and pedestrian truck experience
- SAP experience
- cGMP Trained.
- Experience of Clean room environments.
- Experience of Electrical, Compressed air and pressurised systems.
