Intermediate to Senior Civil Technicians|
£25,000 - £35,000 p.a.
I'm currently representing a small but vibrant civil and structural design consultancy based in the beautiful county of Essex. Despite their size, my client are one of the leading design consultancies in Essex and South East, having been operating for over 25 years, and have a strong workload of multi-million pound residential and commercial projects across the South East, some of which are rather lucrative.
In response to a bubbling workload, they are now seeking Civil / Infrastructure Technicians (3 years experience and upwards) to join their team. Benefits to working for my client include a genuinely friendly and pleasant working environment, the scale and status of the projects they are working on, the awards and acclaim their previous work has won, and, of course, the locational scenery of Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will be educated to HNC/HND level within a relevant field, and will have worked as a Civil Technician in the UK for an absolute minimum of 3 years. Please note, the 3 years experience required must be within a UK design consultancy, and not freelance or independent work. Furthermore, the successful CAD Technician will have experience having worked on residential and commercial projects, specifically in the South East.
You will mostly be working on drainage, water, infrastructure projects, and not highways, so please make sure that all applicants' bulk experience relates to drainage and not highways.
You must be totally conversant with AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, PDS, and WinDes. Revit experience not essential but advantageous.
